By using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully before using the App.
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Forsure mobile application (the "App"), as well as any related services provided by the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To use the App, you must register an account with us by providing your name, email address, age, gender, and a photo. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You may not impersonate someone else or create an account for someone else without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have provided false or misleading information.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users may use the in-app currency, "key," to unlock the relationship status of other users on the platform. The cost of unlocking someone's relationship status is based on a tiered pricing system that decreases as users purchase more keys. When a user pays to unlock someone's relationship status, the other person gets a share of the monetary sum.
Users who wish to remain anonymous may purchase "stealth keys," which allow them to unlock someone's relationship status without revealing their identity. The cost of unlocking someone's relationship status anonymously is also based on a tiered pricing system.
You are solely responsible for any content that you post or upload to the App, including your relationship status. You represent and warrant that you have the right to post or upload such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of any third party. By posting or uploading content to the App, you grant Forsure a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
To purchase keys or stealth keys, you will be redirected to Stripe’s payment processing platform. By using Stripe, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions, which can be found on their website. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise from using Stripe’s payment processing platform.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in certain circumstances, such as technical issues preventing the purchase from being completed, purchases made in error or without user consent. Once a purchase is confirmed and the keys or stealth keys have been used to unlock a user's relationship status, users cannot cancel the purchase. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
The App and its contents, including all text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use the App or its contents for any commercial or unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
The App and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Forsure or its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the App, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App, even if advised of their possibility.
We may terminate your use of the App at any time, with or without cause, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
